The degree of thickness has an important impact on the process of preparing the coffee drink, and it is critical to know how to combine the strength of the degree of fineness of the coffee with the method of preparation in order to extract optimal flavor of roasted beans.

Our coffees are packaged as soon as the coffee leaves the roaster's cooling bin to protect its freshness.

We use a small batch roaster to produce quality uniform roasts. We offer our clients Coffees roasted medium-light roast, a light-dark roast, and an espresso roast

Light Roast
Sometimes referred to as cinnamon roast. The bean surface is a light brown color and looks quite dry. It often has a very tart character. Mild flavors Highest acidity with high octaine caffeine. Roasted about 14 Minutes.

Medium Roast
A noticeably darker roast without the tangy character of the French Roast. This roast begins to make the surface of the bean shiny and the oil really comes to the surface of the bean after it has left the roaster. The oils are not caramelized, thus creating a dark and almost sweet roast profile. Roasted about 16 Minutes just at second crack.

Sun Burst Dark Roast
A darker roast than our Medium roast , and lighter than the French Roast. A perfect balance between the two. This roast brings the oil completely out to the surface but it discharges just before caramelizing begins so you get a rich dark character without any hint of carbonizing (burnt). Cup is rich smooth with a hint of acidity. Roasted about 17 ½ minutes.

French Roast
A good French roasted coffee will have a strong dark roasted character. This roast brings the coffee oils heavily to the surface of the bean and then caramelizes on the surface for a period of time to create an almost carbonizing character (slightly burnt character) that is tangy to the taste. Roasted for about 18 minutes.

Espresso or Italian Roast
The darkest of our roasts, just one step darker than French Roast with bold dark roast flavors & more pronounced burnt flavors. Beans are completely covered with oil with the least amount of acitdiy & caffeine content. Roasted for about 15 seconds more than dark roast.

100% of our coffee comes from the Arabica specie, the Caturra and Catuaí varieties, which produce a high quality bean and a cup with better organoleptic characteristics: pleasant, aromatic, and select. Our coffee is grown in volcanic and low-acidic fertile soil, conditions ideal for production. See more
